Dry Eyes (located in all major Canadian Cities)

• Males and Females over 18 in good general health
• Experiencing symptoms of DED (e.g. dry, burning and itchy eyes; sensitivity to light; a pulling sensation on the eye; pressure behind the eye; and the feeling that something in on the eye)
• Alleviating the symptoms with the use of only eye drops

Gout for patients with cardiovascular comorbidities (located in Thornhill)

• Males 50 years of age or older or females 55 years of age or older and at least 2 years post-menopausal
• History of Gout and a history of major CV or cerebrovascular disease (ie. mydoarial infarction, stroke, angina)

Gout Allopurinol Supplement Study(Phase III) (located in Thornhill)

• Males or Females between the age of 18 and 85.
• Have experienced at least 2 gout flares in the past 12 months
• Taking allopurinol to treat gout for at least 8 weeks

Gout Long Term Allopurinol Study (located in Thornhill)

• Males and females, aged 18 to 85 years
• At least 2 gout flares in the past year

Psoriatic Arthritis Study (located in Thornhill)

• Males and Females 18 and over.
• Diagnosed with PsA for at least 6 months.
• No history of clinically significant cardiac, endocrine, pulmonary, neurologic, psychiatric, hepatic, renal, hematologic, or immunologic diseases.

Chronic Pain Study (located in Thornhill)

• Males and Females over 18
• Patients who require a stable dose of 60-80 mg or inadequately treated with doses of 40-50 mg of oxycodone or its analgesic equivalent.

• Over 18 years old
• Have had fibromyalgia for more than 3 months
• Suffer from symptoms of depression

Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Study (Phase III) (located in Thornhill)

• Males or Females over 50.
• Diagnosed of type 2 diabetes
• Body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 23 kg/m2
• Any High risk of cardiovascular events

• Males and females, aged 40 to 85 years
• Uncontrolled diabetes (high blood glucose levels)
• Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 46 kg/m2
• High risk for cardiovascular

• Males and females over the aged of 18
• Using no diabetes medication and poor blood sugar control 12 weeks before study begins
• Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 46 kg/m2
