Dr Igor Shamis Wilderman was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (former USSR). Graduated from the Central Asian Medical Pediatric Institute as a Pediatrician. In 1991 immigrated to Israel, where continued his medical and research activity. Successfully passed medical licensing examinations in Israel, Canada and the USA. Since 1999 lives in Canada.
Currently working as a Pain management expert in Thornhill (Greater Toronto Area). He is the founder of this clinic. He is certified by the Ontario College of Family Physicians and is a Diplomate of the American and Canadian Academies of Pain Management. He is an active member of the Canadian Pain Society, International Association for the study of Pain, Chronic Pain section of the Ontario Medical Association and an associate member of the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators. Dr Wilderman is a member of SpineUniverse physician community. He is conducting independent medical evaluations, medico-legal assessments, examinations for the OCF-3 disability certificates. He also prepares OCF-18 for chronic pain treatment plans. In addition, he is conducting rebuttal examinations to independent evaluations by neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, and physiatrists. Dr Wilderman is the medical director of first-aid services company Code 8 EMS. Author of about 40 publications and 10 inventions. Areas of special interest: Pain Management, Cosmetics (Botox, Fillers), Physiotherapy, Cardiology, Diabetes, Skin disorders, Clinical Trials, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Medical Informatics and Electronics.
